We want to welcome you to our nursery care at Two Rivers Church. Nursery is provided during our Sunday service for infants up to age five. Separate arrangements are available for children of six and older.

In our nursery we have two main goals. The first is to have a safe, clean and nurturing environment in which you feel completely at ease leaving your children. In addition to special training to be a nursery teacher, every nursery worker goes through a screening process including a comprehensive background check.

Our second goal is to help each child better understand how much Jesus loves them and what their role is in God's Kingdom. Our volunteers are here because they have a heart for kids and want to see each one reach their full potential.

For the 0-5 age group we use a curriculum by Gospel Light Publications entitled "My Great Big God." From simple activities for babies, to enrichment work at the kindergarten level, the lessons offer something for every age group.

Every week our nursery time consists of the following:

* Bible story with colorful picture posters
* Worship time with age appropriate music
* Active game time to shake out those wiggles
* Art and craft time to get the creative juices flowing
* Snack time to get re-energized
* Toy and block area Coloring and puzzle center to reinforce the day's lesson
